1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of and purchases from Tagashira-tea-NL (the “Site”), which is operated by the legally registered company Tanaka-NL (the “Company”).

2. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, a contract is formed between you and Tanaka-NL.

3. Products & Availability
We offer teabags, matcha, and pottery for sale. Product descriptions, images, and prices are displayed as accurately as possible. Availability may vary and we reserve the right to update or discontinue products.

4. Prices & VAT
All prices are listed in EUR, inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
For EU customers, VAT will be charged according to the OSS rules applicable at the place of delivery. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB, Diners, Discover, Electron, Maestro, ApplePay, GooglePay and iDeal.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of order details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Orders will be shipped within 3 days when receiving the payment, however, estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers within the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day of delivery.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email acceptable).
Products must be returned unused and in original packaging at your own expense, unless the item was defective.
Exceptions: Food items such as opened tea and matcha are non-returnable once the seal is broken, for health and hygiene reasons.

7. Returns & Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
We may withhold refund until goods are received or proof of return is provided.

8. Liability

Tanaka-NL is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of products.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Tanaka-NL and may not be used without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent Dutch court.

11. Changes to Terms of Services

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
