Shipping & Returns

📦Shipping 

Processing Time:

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We use PostNL for shipping.

 

Shipping Fees:

  • Netherlands: €6  

  • Germany & Belgium: €10  

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.  

 

Free Shipping:

Free shipping is available for orders over €50 and will be automatically applied at checkout.

 

Delivery Times:

  • Netherlands & Belgium : 2 business days  

  • Germany: 7 business days  

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as postal delays or customs processing. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is handed to the courier.

 

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

 

🍵Returns & Refunds

 

Your Satisfaction Matters:

At Tagashira-tea-NL, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please notify us within 14 days from the day you receive your items. We will work with you quickly and fairly to resolve the issue.

 

Eligibility of Returns:  

  • Items must be unused and unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.  

  • Perishable goods (teabags, matcha) cannot be returned once opened, unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.  

  • Fragile items (pottery): If you receive pottery or other fragile items that are damaged or broken during delivery, please inspect your package immediately upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the damage. This allows us to assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund quickly.  

 

How to Request a Return:

Contact us at tagashira.eu@gmail.com with:  

 i) your order number  

 ii) details of the issue  

 iii) proof of damage/defect (photo) if applicable  

 

We will provide instructions for returning your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Shipping Costs for Returns:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

 

Refunds: 

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within14 days.

Exchanges:

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us immediately. We will arrange an exchange or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
